Uloma Nwaeke is currently Managing Partner in the firm, having first been elevated into the firm’s partnership in 2023. She leads the Corporate Compliance and Transactions team in the firm with specialization in Corporate Governance & Compliance Management, Business Recovery & Insolvency particularly in the Energy and Real Estate sector.
Uloma holds a Masters of Law Degree from Babcock University with focus on Energy Environmental Management. She is also an Associate Member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria.
