Stanley Negbenebor, the Managing Partner, presently leads the Firm’s Dispute Resolution & Debt Recovery Group, Intellectual Property as well as its Real Estate & Infrastructure Law practice groups. Stanley, an astute lawyer whose mastery of legal principles as well as strategic thinking, has excelled in resolving our clients’ most knotty issues in the most effective manner which distinguished him in the various court cases and transactions he has handled in his career spanning close to a decade. He began his legal career in the law firm of Paul Usoro & Co., one of Nigeria’s foremost commercial law firms, where he rose to become a senior member of the team.
He has personally handled several high profile cases involving several multinationals, in various sectors of the Nigerian economy, including but not limited to financial institutions, oil & gas industry, maritime and information & communications technology. Indeed, his experience and candour has thus far tremendously assisted in providing qualitative services to our clients by deploring the best solutions at all times. He also has a well-developed relationship with the regulators in the various industries and positively deploys same, when necessary, to the benefit of our client’s businesses.
